After a long rest, Hyde launch two solo album and play in Moon Child movie with Gackt, and also act as Adam in Kagen No Tsuki. And Ken create Sons of All Pussys with Sakura. Tetsu transformed into TETSU69 and Yukihiro became a vocalis to Acid Android. Their rest time also coloured with Clicked Singles Best 13 launch that compound 12 songs from their fans choosen. Also Anemone, the only songs that they wrote on that time. After vaccum for three years with many speculant told this is the end of the band, L'Arc~en~Ciel surprising their fans by told people about their seven series concert that titled Shibuya Seven Days that also followed by their new single launch. On the highest rating of music chart and also used as Fullmetal Alchemist Animation soundtrack, Ready Steady Go sold in February 2004. Continued with next single, SMILE, on March 31th.
Before, when Sakura still in this band, they created many songs under D'Arc~en~Ciel. But, with new single launch, they also created P'UNK~EN~CIEL with member of L'Arc~en~Ciel that got position exchange, then they recorded their old songs again. On July, 31th 2004 L'Arc~en~Ciel perform as guest star in front of 12.000 people in Otakon Anime Convention that held in Baltimore, Maryland. This is their first show in United States. Seeing an outstanding responses from the band fans, Tofu Records, Japan Sony Music Label in America signed a contract with the band in Mei 2005 and release a debute live DVD in Northen America. Following this realease, they launch new album AWAKE in 2005, then this band hold a tour on Japan before starting ASIA LIVE 2005 that took this band to perform in Seoul in Korea and Shanghai in China. Before they get back to tokyo to held their main show.
